One slice of ham comes in at about 100 calories, so if you’re into cleaning, you’d have to clean your house for 26 minutes to burn that same amount of calories. If you’re craving a holiday sugar cookie, you’d need to get on an elliptical for 23 minutes to undo the 250 calories it comes with.
